Fall in New England brings about so many changes; crisper weather, stunning foliage, apple picking and the second biggest housing market of the year. Despite all of its draining challenges, this year will still provide us with that fall season that all New Englanders love. I hope that you and your loved ones are able to take advantage of the outdoors and spend more time together, safely and happily as we all watch the leaves change together.

Market Updates
With the fall housing market in full swing, I want to remind you that I am here for all of your real estate needs. In the third quarter of 2020, nearly 18,000 single-family homes were sold in all of MA; over 1,000 more than the same time last year! The median single-family sold for $485,000 and was a 1,900 square foot home. Take a look at the chart below for a breakdown of the sales of single-family homes in each of the Greater Boston counties.
